I bought this derailleur because the original one on my trek 820 had broken in an accident. I removed the old one and installed this new one without much trouble. It was slightly different than the original tourney, but it works fine. I had never done this operation on my bike before, but it only took about 90 minutes. I would recommend buying a chain tool, as a hammer+nut+drill bit isn't the best way to take a chain apart/put it back together. The gears are plastic, but they were on my original one as well.There is only one con for me. After replacing the derailleur i can no longer apply pressure to the pedals in 7th gear. There isn't enough adjustment to allow it to not grab. It might also be a problem with wear and tear on the sprokets/chain ( 3500 - 4000 miles ). I just use 6th gear and make due. It works for my purposes now (commuting to work, to friend's houses, etc). I would not want to take it down any serious trails, but it does hold up well in normal riding.I would buy one again. For the price, you really can't go wrong. I don't know how much a bike shop would charge for labor, but it is a really simple job once you know what you're doing. Good luck :) I needed to replace an old Montech friction derailleur, so I chose the Shimano Tourney TX 75, partly because it was so inexpensive. I had never replaced a derailler before, but after watching a youtube video and reading the instructions that came with the Tourney, I installed the derailleur without a problem. After a test ride, I can say it works well, shifts smoothly, and is quiet.I mated this derailleur with Sun Race indexed clamp-on downtube shifters and a Shimano 6-speed freewheel. All components worked fine and for less that $50 I had a nice upgrade to my old drivetrain.The only thing I found a bit odd was that the instructions said I needed to add two links to my chain. It did not say why. I compared the dimensions of the old derailleur with the Tourney, and they were basically the same, so I did not add any chain links. Everything worked fine.Seems to be a good product at a great price. Easy to install.A little more difficult to adjust.A Fourth Hand Tool would be nice to have. I installed without that tool so you can do it. The part work great, makes shifting easy, has a good feel. Has not missed a gear since install. Very good part for the price!Amazon was great with sending out the parts used free shipping, ( Now that's nice!) Had to wait 2 more days but that was no problem, big money saver! They're pretty comfy as well as the content is light bodyweight; excellent for hotter weather. Put in a fortune on just about every kind of shoe. Someone else had suggested this brand, and while I haven't had them before and haven't had these for prolonged, We have excessive hopes for that superior. Would surely obtain this merchandise yet again! . My feet get a little bit hot in them, could have greater ventilation. These boots are good in winter, but for hot weather, I require anything lighter and cooler. But they are very at ease with ample protection for your toes in light shoes.

Lululemon I've been wearing these boots for a bit over 2 months now. They are pretty comfortable, the gel-type insole is very good for shock absorption. The outsoles seem to be holding up pretty well - I do a moderate amount of walking - but I've logged at least 20 miles on them so far. Most of all, these boots seriously look awesome. The red shaft design is really tremendous and even while lookin great, it doesn't stand out too much to feel comfortable wearing them for almost any occasion. They are still breaking in a bit over 2 months in but they were actually comfortable to wear from the start - if a bit stiff - but no big deal.I highly recommend these boots if you're looking for a great looking pair of hard working boots.

Tailoring & Clothing These are hands down THE MOST COMFORTABLE flip flop EVER! It feels like you are walking on a cushion of air! They do tend to run a little large. I normally wear a 7 or 7 1/2 but a Crocs Women's size 6 fit perfectly. They clean up very easily and seem to be very durable. I highly recommend them!

Similar to the review previous to mine, I have a wider foot with a high arch; many times this style of shoe does not fit. These DO ! The foot bed is VERY comfortable with the arch support, the fact that it IS a wedge allows for all day (or all night dancing) comfort. The suede leather is super soft, too ! Very, very pleased !

Blueline Underwear at Cityboyz this Speedo seems to have changed their styling and sizing in the last year. They added cups to the women's suits and made them larger. That's nice for a casual swim but a drag (literally) if you are doing a lot of laps. This is last year's style. It has a high neck for hydrodynamics and ample strap support. It's not sexy but I am interested in swimming not flirting. Anyway, this is a perfect suit for indoor lap swimming and should last a very long time just like my other Endurance plus. I am happy to have found it.

Charlie McDonnell The shoe looks really good on. It's sexy and easy to match with different outfits. However, the shoe is painful to walk in after about 5 mins. I sit at my desk most of the day, and it's painful to have to get up and walk any distance in these shoes. This is coming from someone who wears high heels (at least 3 inches) often.

I pronate bilaterally at the ankles and until I discovered Asics pronation soles, I was nearly crippled by the end of each workday. Wearing any of the Asics pronation-style sole shoes, I am literally painless. I replace my shoes about every 3 months; these shoes take the place of clumsy and expensive insole orthotics and truly make the difference in a pain-free work day. If you have ankle/knee pain, I recommend giving these very reasonably priced shoes a try!
